Gambling Cruise
Went on a little gambling cruise yesterday with the local PVA group. Lots of fun. We kept humming the Gilligan's island song though, "A three hour tour". : ) It was sort of choppy and overcast with lots of thunder. We had already driven through it on the way down from Daytona. Rte 95 was 40 mph and buckets or rain! In fact we were late but luckily the ship sailed an hour after our group was supposed to be there. : )
And as far as the gambling, Ray won $100 so that pretty much paid for the day. Including what I lost. Whoot! We DID get a great deal: $21.00 each included great buffet lunch, 5 hour casino boat ride and $20 each to spend!
Heading out to the camp. Hope the pond still has water!
On the 3rd we went to the Daytona Blues Fest on Main St. I haven't seen a pig like this since Uncle Billy's 4th celebrations in NH, where they buried one over night to cook it up for the BBQ.
