We went to a lovely memorial that some friends of ours put on. 4 different locations thoughout the weekend. We only made 2 of them but they were very nice. They had a folk group singing and they ran the slide show I did for them. One of the pics was he and his wife receiving an Emmy. It seems he had developed the initial concept for HD tv. Go figure.

And they had a wonderful mime. Check his performance out at our You-Tube videos. His name is Marvin Eans.

The Seagers were down at Bert's house for a short while. This is Cristin and her two kids Annika and Cole. Bert used to have their picture on her computer as wallpaper, so I feel as if we've been watching them grow up. They came over to the house to visit with Gator as they are thinking about getting a puppy.

Last week I participated in an emergency exercise to see how well our county hospitals can handle an emergency. The scenario was a bus accident on 95. After the exercise I hope we never have one of those emergencies. : (

I hope that doesn't mean things didn't go well. I'm sure it was a strange feeling as if it was the real thing. Not fun i'm sure.
Great that they are planning for the worst so they can be prepared as much as possible.
Love,
Rebecca
