Hail and BBQ

Phew! Thought 230 posts were down the drain!
Still exploring the area around our camp in Interlachen. Found a venison farm, lots of other "dry" lakes, several cool thrift shops and this neat BBQ joint, among other things!
While we were at the camp we had a HAIL storm! At first we thought it was branches or pinecones falling on the metal roof in the wind and rain. It was so loud! Some were golfball sized! most were quarter sized! Luckily our van did not have any damage. : )
Charlie checking out the keyboard And the camera. Such a helpful bird.
Vacation bible school coming up in June so I've been working on scenery. I got to use this cool hotknife that cuts through the blue styrofoam board we use! Somebody forgot to tell me not to breath tho. I had pretty bad headaches by the 2nd day. : ( Just have to use the "fun" tool outside.

Well darn! I wrote a note and must have hit the wrong key, so will try again. Hope all is going well for you two. Thank goodness you didn't get hurt when you had that terrible scary hail storm. So glad you weren't on the road. Talk to you soon. God Bless, Love to both, Mom OXOX

The scenery looks amazing. I was wondering how you guys faired the storm. Glad all is well. Love Ray's haircut. Cute lil Charlie bouncing on the keyboard. :o)
