Rolling on the River

Having a great time with Ray's folks. Orem and Ray went out to the Iron Horse with Bruce. Orem came back with a silly grin on his face. Guess there were some wild women up there for Biketoberfest. : ) We went on a houseboat ride after church on Sunday with Irene's husband Jaii. Loads of relaxation and fun. Ray spent most of the time on the top deck.





We cruised through Blue Springs State park in search of alligators and manatees (this is their winter home) but did not see any. Lots of spanish moss, herons and egrets. (check out the You Tube video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRN8ylbyY3Q)

After that we took Jaii out to eat at The Main Street Grill in the basement of an old bank building in Deland. Outside they had a beautiful waterfall with a mosaic tile mural of undersea life.
