Pong

Well we're in the middle of Bike Week! We were supposed to go up to Main Street and check out the festivities with a group but it's raining so I guess we'll pass on that .

Ray and I went to a Ping Pong clinic for wheelchair users on Thursday.


Our friend Shelton was so funny. He even managed to hit himself in the nose with his paddle. That's not why he's funny, he just takes it in stride.

There was a man there who had coached the paralympics and a woman who had participated as a table tennis champ also.

Once you get the hang of it it's very much like PONG. Just vollying back and forth. The seated player has to play mostly defensive and wait for the AB to mess up. Good exercise and met some new folks from the area. This guy I'm playing is a local champion from Port Orange,
